The apartment was awesome! It had a cool flat-screen TV, a comfy seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. It even had a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Plus, the views of the internal court were amazing!

Honestly, I wasn't a fan of the satellite TV in the apartment. But hey, that's just my personal opinion.

The apartment's location is fantastic, within walking distance of major attractions such as the Santa Maria Novella train station, the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Della Signoria, and the Galleria dell'Accademia where the statue of David is housed. it is conveniently situated near the Duomo.

We had a fantastic stay at Design Apartments. The apartment provided everything we needed, from laundry detergent to extra towels and blankets. It was the cleanest place we've ever stayed, and the location was perfect with easy access to the train station, Duomo, and shopping. The apartment had all the necessary cooking staples, and our host, Ambra, was incredibly helpful and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a better apartment at such a great price. 100% recommend this hotel.

the host made our stay excellent. the bathroom was luxury and deluxe here. there were coffee and tea, available for breakfast. the staff team was affable. had early check-in too. the location was unbeatable, at a near distance from piazza san marco.

The apartment was equipped with Wi-Fi, a dryer, electric kettle, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver. Plus, the flat-screen TV and outdoor dining area were a bonus. The lift made it easy to get to the third floor. VIP check-in/out was smooth. Our baby had a comfortable cot. Luggage storage was convenient. Pets were allowed, and there was no smoking on site. A perfect stay!
